Do you have a document that explains in more detail how your on-line registration works?  Like do you dump the data into an access database?  Is there additional cost for using the on-line registration?  Do you have an example of a site I could look at that currently is using on-line registration?  Any info you could provide would be helpful.

Sorry....I don;t have a document that explains it.  No, there is no additional cost from us.  The only additional cost you could incur is for the merchant account if you want to accept credit cards.  We help you get that set up.  We have multiple sites using online registration, but there's nothing there for you to look at.  For example, multiple hockey customers use it, but they are shut off because the season is underway.  Baseball customers use it, too, but they haven't turned it on yet.  Soccer also uses it, but they have already completed registration for next Summer.

If you want to get on the phone, I'd be happy to explain it to you.  I also have demo sites if you want to play.  I haven't upgraded them to the current version, but they're close.

No, we don't dump the data into an Access database.  The data goes into your normal MySQL site database.  We do however provide exports that you can use with Access or Excel if you choose.

Hi Mike - any chance you could give me a quick call at work this afteroon?  There is a board meeting tonight and someone from our organization got a referral to Active Team Sports to provide this service.  Long term, I know we will end up using one vendor for all our technology needs - I would prefer we stay with you guys if your on-line registration suits our needs.  I would hate to see us use the other vendor this year, then have to switch back next year, or move our stuff entirely.
