Question/Comment:
  I just applied as a new family, was assigned a pin, and now it doesn't recognize my entries ie, email and pin do not match. What should I do?

I don't not see any family by the last name of Lantz in our database.  Why do you think you already have a pin number?  Did you receive an email stating you had one?  If so would it be under a different last name?  You may have to send in a pin number request again.

  We are still unable to register. A pin number has been sent to us at our e-mail, but the pin doesn't work using our last name (Lantz) or using our son's last name. Could you look and see what last name is associated with our e-mail address, and change it to Lantz. The system will not let us register again using our only e-mail address.

When you entered your last name you entered it as 'Lant' and forgot the 'z'.  I corrected your last name so everything should work now.
