Cancellation/Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your registration after your credit card has been charged, please contact registration@bigwillow.org. Big Willow will offer refunds on cancellations (minus a $25 processing fee) through May 1, 2010. After that date, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a larger fee. Please contact registration@bigwillow.org with any questions.
